We are searching for hardworking individuals with passion and experience that are ready to take the lead as a Truck Driver. We’d love to learn from your experience and also share with you all of ours.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload pool plaster, stucco, and other materials to customer sites.
- Inspect vehicle daily before and after trips; report maintenance or safety issues immediately.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including logs of working hours, vehicle inspections, and delivery documentation and adherence to ELD use and compliance.
- Follow delivery schedules, route maps, and safety protocols.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and site personnel.
- Assist with loading and unloading by hand or using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.
- Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned truck.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management including overtime and weekend work depending on delivery schedules.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- DOT Medical Certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience, especially in construction material delivery.
- Ability to operate manual transmission trucks (if required).
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Good driving record (must meet company and insurance standards).
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
