We are searching for hardworking, passionate, and experienced individuals to take the lead as Regional Sales Manager for two key territories:

• Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada
• North East Mid Atlantic

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive brand awareness and grow PMM market share within your assigned territory.
• Conduct market and customer surveys to identify needs and partner opportunities.
• Analyze sales/marketing data to refine strategy and improve performance.
• Monitor and respond to competitor activity.
• Represent PMM at trade shows and industry events.
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through service excellence.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 4–5 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 2 years in pool building materials preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage virtually and collaborate across digital platforms.
• Skilled in cross-selling, co-creating value, and understanding customer ROI.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter with high energy, sales-driven mindset, and strong motivation.
