QEP is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of a broad range of best-in-class flooring and installation solutions and tools for commercial and home improvement projects worldwide.

Our Marketing Team is central to our business success – from building awareness of our brand, promoting our products and services to building upon our customer relationships.

The Graphic Designer will design and implement, from start to finish, product packaging, advertisements, catalog flyers, marketing/sales materials, online campaigns and other creative materials needed by QEP and its subsidiaries for use in internal and external marketing initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Partner with the company’s marketing managers, product managers, other creative service team members to translate concepts and information into finished designs utilizing established visual standards to ensure brand consistency

• Conceptualize, edit and produce art files for packaging, catalogs, displays, print and digital marketing campaigns, tradeshow graphics, banners, logo designs, presentations and product user manuals

• Assist in all phases of the creation process, from gathering files to final delivery

• Manage project assignments, communicate progress and expectations, facilitate meetings and ensure timely delivery with stakeholders

• Videography and Post-production Video Work

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field

• 5+ year’s recent experience in the design field

• Proficient with Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

• Proficient with graphic file formats and their applications, plus comprehensive knowledge of printing processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Salsify, Premier Pro, After Effects, and ASANA

• Experience in Videography, Photography and 3D Illustration

• Video and Photo post-production skills

• Collaborative team player, self-motivated yet willing to take direction and work cross-functionally with business partners in sales, product development and marketing

• Strong attention to detail, excellent writing, editing and proof reading skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to meet strict deadlines, multi-task and be innovative and proactive in a fast-paced environment
